By using DigiLinks ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. DigiLinks is a service of Maylink LLC.
DigiLinks provides a digital business card platform allowing users to create, share, and manage their professional profiles and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; no refunds for partial periods are provided unless required by law.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or to impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. We own the platform code, design, and trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time (with a 7‑day grace period). We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
